Bid Description:
The Vermont State Highway Safety Office of the Highway Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation,
hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to provide law enforcement agencies with ETicket
support with the goal of increasing E-Ticket adoption and usage by Vermont law enforcement agencies.
Work to include tracking and inventory of current equipment, equipment purchased in FY23 and distributed,
and assisting Vermont’s agencies with adopting and fully utilizing the E-Ticket module within the Valcour law
enforcement records management system. The coordinator will provide guidance on hardware and software
requirements and assist agencies with training on the system. The coordinator will liaison with local agency and
State Information Technology (IT) personnel to ensure that all IT infrastructure is setup and configured for
successful E-Ticket deployment and use. Since IT resources are limited, the coordinator will field questions
related to E-Ticket and forward issues to appropriate group (e.g., IT, DPS, vendor). This work will support the
SHSO Law Enforcement grants that allows funding for E-Ticket printers and supporting equipment to
Vermont’s law enforcement agencies.
