Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Corrections is soliciting proposals to provide for the confinement and supervision for up to 300 Vermont incarcerated individuals in an out of state facility. These incarcerated individuals are Minimum, Medium, and Close custody offenders under the Vermont Department of Corrections (VTDOC) classification system. However, they may score at higher custody levels under other states’ classification systems. Please provide appropriate information regarding your state’s classification system as well as laws and requirements for housing incarcerated individuals from other states.
