Bid Description:
The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to increase the availability of evidence-based Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) for individuals with mental health conditions living in Vermont. The work will focus on the recruitment, training and support of WRAP facilitators, and the provision of supplemental wellness education activities to support successful community recovery for individuals with serious mental health conditions
