Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC), Program Services Division is seeking proposals to deliver cognitive behavioral risk reduction services to offenders assessed with a moderate to high risk of re-offending. Risk Intervention services are delivered as part of a developing multi-disciplinary service system which includes the facilitation of manualized curriculum and clinical groups. Proposals may be submitted by interested individuals and/or organizations. Proposals must outline which site(s) the individual and/or organization is submitting the bid upon. Anticipated contract period will be November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2024, with option to renew for two consecutive one-year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of contractor and continued funding. This bid solicitation is for risk reduction services at the following Probation and Parole sites:

Morrisville Probation and Parole
Barre Probation and Parole
Hartford Probation and Parole
Springfield Probation and Parole
Brattleboro Probation and Parole
