Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Public Safety (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking proposals from an experienced professional facilitator and planning consultant to provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of the planning process for the 2023 State Hazard Mitigation Plan (SHMP) update. The Consultant will take the lead on planning and facilitating public outreach and engagement, and assist VEM staff in developing and managing the planning process.
