Bid Description:
The Town of St. Albans is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for production of a scoping study to identify alternatives, issues and costs, and provide recommendation related to construction for a multi-use bicycle and pedestrian facility in the Town of St. Albans, funded in part by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of St. Albans, through the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistant Section (MAS).
