Bid Description:
The Town of Bethel is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and certified reappraisal contractors to complete a town-wide reappraisal for the 2025 Grand List.
The selected contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the reappraisal process including a thorough analysis of the local real estate market, review of the existing Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) data and the development of computer models for estimating the fair market value of all property parcels located in the Town of Bethel.
Special Instructions:
The deadline for submissions via US Mail or email is 3:00 PM January 31, 2022. Submittals received after this deadline will not be considered. Please write on the outside of sealed envelope or package: “Proposal for Town-Wide Reappraisal” and the name of the entity proposing. Four (4) copies of your submittal are required. Proposals will be opened and recorded at the Bethel Listers Office on February 02, 2022. NOTE: Proposals must remain valid for at least 60 days.
