Bid Description:
The Agency of Education (AOE) is requesting proposals for a contractor to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Vermont’s education workforce, and to surface policy recommendations on how to address that impact. Vermont’s ARP ESSER State Plan requires the Agency to describe strategies for supporting and stabilizing the educator workforce in order to inform local staffing decisions that will support students’ academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs. The AOE is seeking a study and an accompanying report that will help the Agency and the General Assembly identify policy options that can address educator workforce issues related to the pandemic.
