Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Emergency Management (VEM) is looking for a contactor to develop Benefit-Cost Analyses (BCAs) to assist in the development of project applications under the DR-4532 round of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). BCA development will need to be finalized prior to the sub-grant application deadline of August 5, 2022. The contractor will also assist in responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) following application review by FEMA.
