Bid Description:
The Town of Chittenden Vermont is accepting proposals from qualified contractors for a rehabilitation project at the town office at 260 Chittenden Road VT 05737. This job will consist of demoing two corner walls and reconstructing it due to a previous water leak that deteriorated the structure of the corner. Contractor is expected to ensure the building is closed off and safe/secure at the end of each day of work prior to contractor leaving for the day. The job will be priced lump sum and the contractor will need to meet insurance requirements to be awarded the project. The completion date is January 28th. The mandatory pre bid is scheduled for 11/2/21 at 10am. Any questions will be due by 5pm 11/4. Sealed or emailed bids due 11/5 by 5pm. Bid opening will be at the Select Board meeting Monday November 8th.
