Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Education seeks proposals from bidders interested in evaluating the Vermont Alternate Assessment’s (VTAA’s) alignment to the State’s alternate academic achievement standards. The successful bidder will conduct an alignment study that is technically sound (i.e., method and process, appropriate units of analysis, clear criteria) and document adequate alignment, specifically that each assessment is aligned to its test blueprint, and each blueprint addresses the depth and breadth of the State’s alternate academic content standards derived from the Common Core English Language Arts (ELA) and mathematics (MA) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). In addition to the alternate achievement standards, bidder will need to establish a connection between the VTAA and college and career readiness.
