Bid Description:
The Town of Norwich is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced consultants to undertake a wastewater feasibility study supported by the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund (CWSRLF) of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR). The purpose of the project is to i) determine existing conditions in the village and adjacent areas ii) identify alternative wastewater solutions and iii) evaluate alternatives.
