Bid Description:
CDD is seeking through this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish contracts with one (1) or more entities that can provide Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) fully integrated services and . serve as a fiscal agent for nursing, family support, early childhood and family mental health, specialized child care, and Part C Early intervention of Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Services are to be provided in the Northeast Region of Vermont, specifically in the Agency of Human Services (AHS) Districts of Newport and St. Johnsbury, with the exception of the towns of Topsham and Newbury.
