Bid Description:
The Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NE-DBIC) hosted by the Vermont Agency of
Agriculture, Food & Market (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more
technical assistance providers that can provide grazing transition, home-grown forage enhancement,
innovative farm practices, marketing, and/or other areas of support for farmers via cohort technical
assistance.
