Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE), as described in Act 72, is required to develop an inventory (Phase I) and assess the condition (Phase II) of Vermont’s public school facilities. For this Phase I request for proposals (RFP), the AOE is seeking a Contractor to conduct the facilities inventory described in Act 72, Sections 3(a)-(c)1,(f) and (g) and in the Scope of Work below. This work will commence immediately upon execution of a final contract and must be completed by January 15, 2022.
