Bid Description:
The project consists of the relocation of the vehicular access drive to meet AOT standards, creation of an 80+ car gravel parking area, limited site clearing, grading and site boulder walls, stormwater treatment facilities, topsoil and seeding, and limited landscape site amenities including a vehicular entry gate.
Special Instructions:
There is a very short time frame to complete this work. The work must be substantially complete and completed work invoiced by September 30, 2021
BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO SUBMIT A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH THEIR BID IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE CONTRACT PROCESS. THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN ATTACHMENT C.
