Bid Description:
The Town of Barre intends to issue a contract to replace a 5-ton air handling and R-22 air conditioning system (system #5) in the Barre Town Municipal Building, a brick building located at 149 Websterville, VT. This system provides cooling for about 2,010 sq. ft. of upstairs office space on the western side of the building (Clerkâs office, vault, and Finance office).
The RFP specifies Trane equipment for the base and heat pump options.
