Bid Description:
The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Clean Water Initiative Program (CWIP) is requesting proposals to manage a competitive Project Development Block Grant program that will support the expansion of water quality improvement projects and help the State meet upcoming obligations of the Clean Water Service Delivery Act (Act 76 of 2019), further described in the attachment below.
