Bid Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to engage Bidders in a competitive process that leads to the selection of a Contractor who takes the off the shelf system and configures or sets it up to meet the Vermont Judiciary’s requests for data and implements the system for the Judiciary as a secure, web-based, robust management information system (MIS) for the five treatment dockets.
The minimum qualifications to submit proposal are: 1. Experience with the configuration, installment, implementation of at least one statewide treatment court docket, Management Information System (MIS) or one MIS that includes multiple treatment courts in a large region such as a county or multiple counties within the last two years; and 2. Experience integrating data from other systems such as drug testing and court data systems to a state-of-the-art MIS within the last two years.
