Bid Description:
The Addison County Regional Planning Commission is issuing this Request for Proposals, on behalf of the Town of New Haven, for a project manager (PM) to oversee the relocation of the historic New Haven Depot Building. The PM will be responsible for the following: estimating, bidding, bid leveling, recommendation for contract awards, coordination between contractors and overall management, supervision of construction, punch list and recommendation for sign offs, requisition review and recommendations for payments, coordinating logistics with all stakeholders, contractors, and utility companies.
