Bid Description:
The Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF), Family Services Division (FSD), (hereinafter called DCF) is seeking to establish an agreement with an organization to provide training statewide to law enforcement officers on restorative justice for youth. This agreement is intended to educate Vermont law enforcement officers on restorative justice best practices and the benefits of pre-charge restorative justice alternatives for juveniles and young adults.
