Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide state-level guidance documents along with accompanying informational sessions in support of the AOE’s effort to ensure consistent special education evaluations statewide. These documents will articulate criteria for effective evaluation for each disability category, describe an ideal special education evaluation process, with care taken to ensure that the evaluation process meets requirements for efficiency and timeliness, and will articulate and describe the critical union, district, and school systems that need to be in place to facilitate that work.
