Bid Description:
The City of Winooski (Owner) is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to provide cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and manhole structure lining services. These services include traffic control, cleaning, video, and inspection prior to the installation of the CIPP; trimming of all protruding services; reinstatement of all existing active service connections; and post-lining inspection in the Pipe Assessment Certification Program (PACP) format. The project includes sewers and manholes within the City ROW on and around Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 Highways.
