Bid Description:
DEC seeks proposals for the following:
Hire a subcontractor to conduct building demolition and disposal per the Partial Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated November 5, 2018 and approved by VTDEC on March 29, 2019 for the Jones and Lamson site (SMS# 77-0122) in Springfield, Vermont. The successful bid will sign a contract to hire a demolition subcontractor to implement the partial CAP and oversee the demolition and disposal of materials.
