Bid Description:
The Vermont Statewide Independent Living Council, hereby referred to as the “VT SILC”, is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, consumer-controlled organization established in accordance with Title VII of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, that serves people with disabilities (PWD) in the state of Vermont. The State of Vermont, Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI) is a statewide direct service organization within DAIL, hereafter collectively referred to as the “State.” VT SILC& DBVI are seeking contractor(s), with demonstrated experience working with the greater disability community and underserved populations in Vermont, to perform business to business (B2B) and non-profit organization to non-profit organization (NPO 2 NPO) networking and marketing services with the goal of expanding VT SILC's overall level of engagement with these identified populations.
