Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont Department of Health Laboratory (VDHL) is seeking to establish a contract with an individual to serve as the Interim Public Health Laboratory Director. The contractor may also serve as the laboratory’s Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) Director, although this level of service is not a requirement. Bids will be accepted with and without CLIA Director pricing and credentials. The Contractor will perform duties under the general guidance of the Health Surveillance Division Director.
