Bid Description:
The DEC is seeking formal written proposals and qualifications for a contract to perform technical assistance at the discretion and direction of the Division and triggered Level 1 and Level 2 Assessments under the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR) following repeated detections of total coliform bacteria, compliance issues, and E. coli maximum contaminant level (MCL) violations at TNC water systems throughout the State of Vermont, at no cost to the public water systems.
