The Town of Mount Holly is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform paving on Healdville Road. Paving starts approximately at mile 2.7 and ends pproximately at mile 3.2 from the intersection of Rt 103. Shoulder gravel only starting approximately at mile 1.9 and ending approximately at mile 2.4.
