The Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking proposals to provide personal services for the clearing and removal of debris from the trash racks and entrance to the flood control conduit located at the upstream end of the outlet structure of the East Barre Flood Control Dam in Barre, Vermont. The debris may consist of logs, limbs, woody and non-woody vegetation, muck, and litter including tires.
