Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Division for the Blind and Visually
Impaired (DBVI) is a statewide direct service organization within the Department of Disabilities, Aging
and Independent Living (DAIL) in the Agency of Human Services (AHS), jointly hereafter “State.”
DBVI is seeking a contractor to provide management services for the Business Enterprise Program
(BEP). The selected Bidder must oversee the specified Business Enterprise Program sites, and
collaborate on the Learn, Earn & Prosper Program (LEAP), with the LEAP Program Contractor. An
understanding of the experience of living with a disability as well as practical knowledge of individuals
that are blind or visually impaired is a plus.
