Bid Description:
The Town of Brattleboro is requesting proposals for production of a scoping study to identify issues with
construction of a bicycle lane and attendant pedestrian facilities in a section of VT Route 9 that runs from
Main Street to the Interstate 91 Exit 2 interchange, along High Street and Western Avenue, funded in part
by the Federal Highway Administration and the Town of Brattleboro, through the Vermont Agency of
Transportation (VTrans) Municipal Assistance Bureau (MAB).
