Bid Description:
The Project consists of replacement of approximately 3,165 linear feet of water main with new 12-inch ductile iron pipe and appurtenances on Prospect Street.
Special Instructions:
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Ace Blueprint Services, Inc., 5 Airport Road, Colonial Plaza- Unit 21, West Lebanon, NH 03784; Contact: 603-298-6678, bill@aceblueprint.com. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at a cost of $52 per set, shipping is
included. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any,
obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
Bidding Documents may be examined electronically by contacting the Engineer, Dufresne Group, at
chaskins@dufresnegroup.com. Note that electronic documents are for examination only and all bids must be based off the hard (printed) copy sets provided by the Issuing Office.
