Bid Description:
The scope of work includes construction of a new ADA accessible park using the existing
design, in slate stone, on .18 acres on 76 Main Street Poultney, VT.
The builder/contractor must hold at least intermediate (Level II) Certification from the
Dry Stone Walling Association of Great Britain (ADSWA-GB), and led by an individual
with at least Advanced (Level III) DSWA-GB Certification. See plans for additional details.
Contractors must be skilled in general hardscape and landscape installation and
equipment operation.
Bids should include all costs associated with implementing and building the design.
This includes, but not limited to labor and purchased materials costs, equipment, tools
as well management costs. Some materials are in-kind donations. See plan and quantity
sheet for details.
