Bid Description:

The project generally consists of rehabilitating its existing integrated electronic security systems, including access control, security camera surveillance, and various associated alarm and communication systems. This project will address rehabilitation of end-of-life security systems, devices, hardware and software for which manufacturer support has recently been discontinued. The project will also include modifications, repairs and adjustments to existing access control and camera devices and hardware necessary to address existing maintenance and reliability concerns. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt.
