Bid Description:
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Old Guilford Road Sewer Manholes Rehabilitation, Contract No. 1, will be received by the Town of Brattleboro, VT. The base bid consists of the rehabilitation of five sewer manholes on Old Guilford Road. The bid alternate consists of the rehabilitation of an additional five sewer manholes. The BIDS shall be received by the Brattleboro Town Managers Office, 230 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT 05301, until 10:00 AM, March 18, 2020 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. If BIDS are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing BID must be enclosed in another envelope containing the BID addressed to the Brattleboro Town Managers Office, 230 Main Street, Brattleboro, VT, 05301.
Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID.
