Bid Description:
The Rail and Aviation Bureau of the Policy, Planning and Intermodal Development Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to assist in the development of railroad bridge, railroad/highway crossing and railroad track projects. The selected contractors, hereinafter referred to as the Proposer or Contractor, shall be responsible for performing a variety of project management, design, engineering, bridge inspection, construction services, load rating, environmental permitting, right-of-way services and advertisement, and bidding services ranging from project definition through contract plan submittal and design engineering services during construction. The types of services required will be in accordance with the “Vermont Agency of Transportation Project Development Process” or as directed by the VTrans Project Manager.
