Bid Description:
The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify firms for qualifications-based selection (QBS) procurement. Terms of prequalification are three years with the possibility of up to two one-year extensions. DPW staff will evaluate the SOQs and retain them on file for consideration in QBS procurement on future projects. We are not seeking a detailed scope of work or cost proposal at this time.
Special Instructions:
Firms shall direct inquiries related to this RFQ in writing via email to the City Representative (refer to Section 1.3) prior to the Inquiry Deadline (refer to Section 1.5). Information obtained from any person or source other than the City Representative City of Winooski RFQ No. ENG-20-01 Page 9 of 14 may not be relied upon. Oral conversations will not affect the terms of this RFQ and may not be relied upon. The City reserves the right not to respond to inquiries made after the Inquiry Deadline. Inquiries and responses will be recorded and may be included in Addenda at the City’s discretion.
