Bid Description:
The Town of Fair Haven is requesting bids from Qualified Firms to provide bituminous concrete paving, pavement reclaiming, and pavement milling services in Town of Fair Haven, Vermont

Bids should be submitted to Joseph Gunter, Town Manager and sent to arrive at The Town offices no later than:
Submittal Deadline: 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Bids will be opened on March 23, 2020 in the town offices at 9:00 a.m. The board of selectmen will have a first review of bids at the regularly scheduled Meeting March 24th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The board may decide to award the contract on March 24th or postpone the decision until the next regularly scheduled meeting on April 7th at 7:00 p.m.
Proposal Opening: 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020.
Possible Contract award: 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 24, 2020 or April 7th, 2020
