Bid Description:
The Town of Chittenden is accepting proposals for drainage improvements near the intersection of Mountain Top Road and Mountain Spring Road. The project scope includes intersection realignment, new catch basins, storm water piping, re-ditching, stone-lined swale, and road grading. Bid documents are available from Enman Kesselring Consulting Engineers at 61 Prospect Street, Rutland VT, phone number (802) 775-3437. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site at 9 a.m. on Friday, February 28th, 2020. Proposals will be due to the Town by 3:00 p.m.Thursday, March 12, 2020.
Special Instructions:
This project is pending FEMA Hazard Mitigation funding following the April 15, 2019 rain event.
We are hoping to begin the project in April, weather permitting and complete it by the end of May.
