Bid Description:
This request for proposals (RFP) seeks a qualified contractor(s) and/or a team with both spatial analysis and forestland-related expertise to conduct analyses that will build the technical framework for meeting the statutory requirements of Act 76 of 2019 pertaining to forestlands. This RFP is split into two tracks which provides applicants with the ability to apply on only one of the two tracks and/or both. Bids for each track shall only be evaluated against other bids for that same track.
