Bid Description:
The City of Winooski is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct and prepare a Historic Resources Inventory (HRI) for the City of Winooski gateway corridor districts including Route 2 (Main Street), Route 15 (East Allen Street) and Malletts Bay Avenue, and provide a recommended preservation bylaw for the City. As part of the project, the consultant will facilitate a community dialogue to identify preservation priorities of Winooski residents. The
Successful Proposer shall fully coordinate all services under the Agreement with City Staff. The City plans to select the contractor to perform these services by March 27th, 2020.
