Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Public Service (Department or PSD) is seeking a contractor to review the Self-Managed Energy Efficiency Program (SMEEP) and to provide technical assistance in developing best practices for evaluation of the Energy Savings Account – Pilot (ESA-Pilot) program by developing the evaluation criteria for specific metrics included in both the SMEEP and ESA-Pilot programs.
