Bid Description:
Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Williston Blair Park and North Williston Road Pump Station Upgrade, Contract No. 1, will be received by the Town of Williston, VT. The bid consists of the replacement of the Blair Park Pump Station and the upgrade to the North Williston Road Pump Station. The BIDS shall be received by the Town of Williston, Planning and Zoning Office, 7900 Williston Road, Williston, VT 05495, until 1:00 PM March 10, 2020 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. If BIDS are forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing BID must be enclosed in another envelope containing the BID addressed to the Town of Williston, Planning and Zoning Office, 7900 Williston Road, Williston, VT 05495. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the North Williston Road Pump Station site, Williston, VT 05495 on 10:00 AM February 19, 2020. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.
Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the OWNER for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Blue Prints, Etc. located at 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, upon a non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set. Checks shall be payable to Blue Prints, Etc. Alternatively, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $75.00, plus shipping.
A Performance BOND and a Payment BOND each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required.
