Bid Description:
The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract with one or more vendors to provide Technical Assistance (TA) Consulting services and assist with procurement efforts associated with the modernization of the the State’s Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). In this document where the State refers to the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), this includes Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E).
The State is not able to devote its limited number of resources available to the intensive research, analysis, and procurement activities required to modernize the MES. The State is seeking a vendor with specialized expertise and experience to assist with the MES related road map and procurement activities.
