Bid Description:
The Office of Purchasing & Contracting on behalf of the Vermont Enhanced 911 Board (the State) is
soliciting competitive sealed, fixed price proposals (Proposals) for an Independent Verification and
Validation (IVV) of Vermont’s Hosted Next Generation (NG) 911 System. The IVV will focus on ensuring
that the Hosted Next Generation 911 system provided by INdigital has been delivered in accordance and
compliance to the technical requirements detailed in sections 1 (System Wide Functionality) and section
2 (Information Assurance) of Exhibit 1: Functional and Non-Functional Requirements of the contract (the
Work) from qualified offerors. The IVV shall be completed prior to the Hosted Next Generation 911
System “going live” and processing live 911 traffic.
