Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Vermont State Department of Health (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish a contract for physician consultation on infectious diseases particularly in the areas of tuberculosis and healthcare associated infections, and consultation to the Health Department’s Infectious Disease Section on emerging infectious diseases and on infectious disease emergency preparedness planning.
