Bid Description:
The City of South Burlington is requesting Proposals to provide materials and soils testing and observation services for the 180 Market Street Project in accordance with all project drawings, specifications, approved submittals and IBC requirements.
The 180 Market Street, consists of a Public Library, City Hall and Senior Center - approximately 50,000 square feet - on site of 3.7 acres. The building is three stories, located on two-thirds of an acre. The project also includes the construction of a new road. The project will be complete in the summer of 2021.
