Bid Description:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: North Country Union High School (NCUHS) is soliciting a Request for Proposal ("RFP") from experienced vendors to purchase Wireless Access Points). Preference shall be given to vendors that carry products compatible with installed Aruba access points.
SCOPE OF WORK
A. Purchase 70 Wireless Access Points – preferably HPE/Aruba with the following specifications:
a. Shall interface with existing Aruba Access Points Virtual Controller
b. Indoor, dual radio
c. 5 GHZ, 802.11ax, 4x4 MIMO
d. 2.4ghz, 802.11ax, 2x2 MIMO
e. Wi-Fi 6 capable with backwards compatibility with previous protocols
B. Purchase 70 compatible mounting brackets for new AP’s.
C. Provide a 1-year Warranty/Guarantee of equipment from the date of project completion/acceptance by NCSU/NCSU/NCUHS
D. All work must be completed and satisfactorily tested before July 31, 2020.
Special Instructions:
This RFP is for procurement and reimbursement under the federal E-Rate Program. A Service Provider ID Number (SPIN) is required in order for a proposal to be considered. Failure to provide a SPIN will automatically disqualify a respondent from the contract award process.
