Bid Description:
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: North Country Supervisory Union/Derby Elementary School (NCSU/DES) is seeking proposals for the purchase of Aruba AP’s. Although not required, preference will be given to vendors on the Vermont Department of Innovation and Information (DII) approved contractors list for network infrastructure design and support.
SCOPE OF WORK
A. Provide 10 Wireless Access Points – preferably HPE/Aruba
a. Shall interface with existing Aruba Access Points Virtual Controller
b. Multi-radio supporting 802.11ac 2x2:2/3x3:3 MU-MIMO Dual Radio Integrated Antenna AP
c. Multi-VLAN configurable
d. IEEE 802.3af PoE or IEEE 802.3at PoE+ capable
B. Provide a 1-year Warranty/Guarantee of equipment from the date of project completion/acceptance by NCSU/DES
C. All work must be completed and satisfactorily tested before July 31, 2020.
Special Instructions:
Please note; NCSU/DES will be seeking reimbursement for work performed under this RFP through the federal ERate program. Respondents to this RFP must be registered with the FCC and provide their Service Provider ID Number (SPIN) to be considered for this project. Failure to provide a SPIN will automatically disqualify a respondent from the contract award process.
