Bid Description:
The State of Vermont Military Department is soliciting bids for the completion of an Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) for the Ethan Allen Firing Range Cantonment Area and a Pre-Construction Assessment (PCA) for the construction of the Army Mountain Warfare School located in Jericho, Vermont. The proposed site of the EBS is approximately 140 acres and the proposed site of the PCA is under 5 acres. The selected contractor may also be solicited to submit proposals for additional EBS’ in support of future construction activities in the Training Sites to the South (approximately 4370 acres) and North (approximately 3680 acres).
